Shipping Policy

Isha Marine International deliver products all over the world. Our all products are shipped out between 1 to 3 working days after the confirmation of Payment received. The Goods are delivered within 6 to 9 working days from the date of dispatch. We deliver packages via reputed courier such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex or India Post and more. All parcels we pack carefully to avoid any form of damage.

Shipping Charges

We are providing free shipping to our valuable worldwide customer. If you are prompted for any shipping charge during the payment, please write to us on contact@ishamarine.com.

Cancel Order

Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled by sending an email on contact@ishamarine.com. Please make any changes in the order, like adding or removing any item from the order, before shipping. Once shipped, we will not be able to modify your order. For changes in the order, please mail us at contact@ishamarine.com with the order details.

Track Your Order

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our side. An email will be sent on your registered email id with courier and tracking details. You can also track it from your account on the website by selecting 'Track Order' under 'My Account'.

30- Days Return

You may request a return for most items you buy from Ishamarine.com. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the 'Online Returns Center'. Items can be returned if you've received them in certain conditions like physical damage, missing parts, accessories, or if the product is defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Ishamarine.com. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes two business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your direct payment method.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes Policy

    • The recipient is the importer of our goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees/charges which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient;com has no control over these charges, nor can Ishamarine.com predict the charges. So, import duties, local taxes, and other destination tax would be the buyer's responsibility.
    • Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery-time estimates.
