Returns Policy

Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to Isha Marine International. Following situations may arise:

    • Item was defective
    • Item was damaged during the Shipping
    • Products was/were missing
    • If the wrong item was sent by the Isha Marine International.

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case of Buyer orders a wrong item, the Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund. The return could also result in a refund of money in most of cases.

The buyer needs to raise the refund request within 10 days from the date of payment realization. Once the Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us.


Replacement Policy

Definition: Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, the reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped, and the like.

The buyer needs to raise the replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of products. Once Buyer has raised a replacement request by contacting Us on the Number provided on the Website. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:

  1. Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:
      • Shipping was damaged
      • Item was defective
      • Item Dead on Arrival
      • Item(s) were missing
      • Wrong item sent
  1. An intimation shall be provided to Isha Marine International seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.
  2. In case the Isha Marine International accepts the replacement request, the Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Isha Marine International, and only after return of the product, Isha Marine International shall be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Buyer.


Refund Policy

Once the return accepted from our end. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes two business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your direct payment method.

    • For damaged/ defective items, the Isha Marine International will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
    • In any case, where a refund is required, the Customer Care Executive needs to authorize that refund. can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the Customer Care Executive notifies us of the receipt of the item. Once the Customer Care Executive notifies us of the receipt of the returned item, then we will apply for processing refunds.
    • If you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.
